Grew up in Guelph and Perpignan (FR) and has been biking since age 4. She is currently the Bicycle Mayor of Toronto with a mission to spread the joy of biking to every woman. You will see her riding La Banane, a bright yellow bike adorned with flowers.

Grew up in Scarborough where riding a bike was her freedom. She loves to travel and loves to bike in new places. You will see her riding around the city wearing a pink helmet on her trusty 20-year-old Trek or Rosita, her hot pink Brompton.

A folding bike aficionado, Heather rides around Toronto on her Brompton, Strida or Tern. For Heather, cycling started out as simply the most affordable way to get around the city, but it soon became her preferred method of moving as she realized it was also fast, convenient and fun!

Janice has been cycling in Waterloo since her undergrad days. She was born in Hong Kong, never owned a car and has transported many bags of rice on her hybrid bike. She thinks cycling should be accessible and fun for EVERYONE.

Lover of balloons, bubbles, bikes and flowers. Since 2016 she’s been riding with the Toronto Cruisers. Natalie is also a performer singing Jazz, Ska, Disco and more! Known as the Flower Bike Fairy, you will see her riding around the city on a bike covered top to bottom in flowers.

The small and mighty Shahnaz rides a recumbent and supports her community by delivering food for the Bike Brigade. She’s getting ready to get out of dodge and ride across Canada.
